The first is people who could not transfer credit onward and felt misled. This is the accreditation question, and it is entirely knowable in advance.
The second is people surprised by the length of the payment commitment. Also knowable: the programme total divided by the monthly rate gives the number of payments before you sign anything.
The third is people who confused the closed pre-licensure programme with the online post-licensure ones. That is a reporting problem more than an Aspen problem.
